Valley tap water runs high in dissolved minerals. Wash a window with it and the water evaporates in minutes out here, leaving every one of those minerals behind as a white spot. That is why a home can be washed and look worse an hour later, and it is why we filter every drop through a 4-stage RO/DI system before it touches your glass.
The other half of the problem is what the dust does between cleanings. Fine desert grit settles into a film that bonds under UV, and if you drag a squeegee across it dry you are grinding it into the surface. Left long enough, hard water etches the glass permanently and no cleaning brings it back, which is the one failure we genuinely cannot fix after the fact.
So we soak, lift, and flood-rinse rather than scrub, then finish with a squeegee on the exterior and a detailed edge wipe on the interior. Frames, sills, and any drips get wiped down before we leave, because a clean pane above a dirty sill still reads as a dirty window.
We run our water through a 4-stage RO/DI filter, stripping all dissolved minerals so glass dries perfectly spotless every time.
Want your screens and tracks detailed too? Add it to any visit, we vacuum out caked-on track dirt and deep-clean solar screens so the whole window assembly looks brand new.
If it rains within 7 days of your cleaning and spots your glass, we return and touch it up at zero cost to you.
Our biodegradable formulas are safe for pets, kids, and your Arizona landscaping, no harsh chemicals or runoff concerns.
Most homes land between $150 and $400. The number depends on how many panes you have, how many stories, and whether you want interior and exterior or exterior only. Screens and track detailing are add-ons. Quotes are free and usually come back the same day.
Twice a year suits most Valley homes, typically once after monsoon season and once in spring after the dust and pollen settle. Homes near open desert, active construction, or on a dirt road often prefer quarterly. Our membership plans are built around those intervals.
Usually, yes. Mineral deposits from sprinkler overspray and rain runoff respond well to our dedicated hard water treatment. The exception is glass that has been left long enough for the minerals to etch into the surface itself, that damage is permanent, and we will tell you honestly rather than sell you a service that cannot fix it.
Yes. Our water-fed pole systems reach second and third-story glass from the ground, so there are no ladders leaning against your stucco, no scratched paint, and no risk to anyone. For commercial buildings above that we use rope access.
Not for exterior-only work. As long as we can access the property and reach a water spigot, we complete the job and send the invoice digitally. Interior cleaning obviously needs someone to let us in, so we coordinate a window that works for you.
That is what the 7-day weather guarantee covers. If rain within a week of your service spots your exterior glass, call us and we return to touch up the affected windows at no charge. Arizona rain carries a lot of dust, so this comes up more than you would think.
