Driveway Cleaning in Phoenix & Scottsdale, AZ

Your driveway is the largest piece of your home anyone actually looks at, and in the Valley it takes the worst of it: oil drips that cook into the slab all summer, tire marks from hot asphalt, red dust after every haboob, and mud lines from monsoon runoff. We pretreat the stains, then run a flat-surface cleaner across the whole slab for an even finish, no wand stripes.

Your driveway is the biggest thing anyone actually looks at

Stand across the street from your house and the driveway is often a third of what you see. It is also the surface that takes the most abuse: oil drips that cook into the slab through a 115-degree summer, hot-tire pickup that lifts marks right off the asphalt, red dust after every haboob, and mud lines where monsoon runoff sheets across it.

Most of that is not dirt sitting on top, it is staining that has worked into the pores of the concrete. Which is why blasting it with a rented machine gives you a slightly cleaner driveway covered in wand stripes, and the stains still there. Pretreatment and dwell time do the actual work; pressure just rinses.

We treat the stains first, then run a rotary surface cleaner across the whole slab so it comes out one consistent shade. Then we do the parts people forget, the apron out to the street, the sidewalk strip, and the garage entry, because a clean slab with a dirty border still looks unfinished.

What sets our driveway cleaning apart

Oil & Tire Mark Treatment

Oil drips, transmission fluid, and hot-tire pickup get a dedicated degreaser and dwell time before any water hits them. Pressure alone just spreads a stain around, pretreatment is what actually pulls it out of the pores.

Surface Cleaner, Not Wand Stripes

We use a rotary flat-surface cleaner rather than a bare wand, so the whole slab gets one consistent pass. No zebra striping, no missed lines you'll notice every time you pull in.

Built for Arizona Concrete

Desert dust bonds into the surface under UV, and monsoon runoff leaves mud and organic staining along the edges. We clean the full slab plus the apron and sidewalk strip where that buildup collects worst.

Safe on Pavers & Coatings

We dial pressure to the surface, standard concrete, pavers, stamped, or epoxy-coated all get treated differently. On pavers we re-sweep joint sand afterward so nothing is left unstable.

Driveway Cleaning Questions

How much does driveway cleaning cost in Phoenix?

A typical two to three car driveway runs $150 to $300. Price moves with square footage, how much oil and rust staining needs individual treatment, and whether you want the sidewalk and apron included, which we normally do.

Will you get the oil stains out completely?

Fresh and moderate oil usually comes out almost entirely. Oil that has been soaking into bare concrete for years often lightens dramatically rather than disappearing, because it has penetrated deep into the slab. We will look at it and tell you honestly which situation you have before quoting.

Can you clean pavers or a coated driveway?

Yes, and both need a different approach than plain concrete. Pavers get lower pressure and a joint sand re-sweep afterward so nothing shifts. Epoxy or sealed surfaces get gentler treatment so the coating is not lifted or clouded. Tell us what you have and we will match the method.

How long until I can park on it again?

As soon as it dries, which in Phoenix is typically under an hour. If you are having it sealed afterward, the concrete needs to dry fully first, usually a day, so we will coordinate timing with whoever is sealing.

How often should a driveway be cleaned here?

Once a year keeps most driveways from building up staining that becomes hard to reverse. Homes on a dirt road, near construction, or with vehicles that leak benefit from twice a year. It is a common add-on to an annual house wash.
