Patio Furniture Cleaning in Phoenix & Scottsdale, AZ

Outdoor furniture takes the same beating as the patio it sits on, but it can't be blasted the same way. We hand-detail frames, slings, mesh, and cushion covers with low pressure and the right cleaner for each material, then rinse and set everything back in place. It is the difference between a patio that looks cleaned and one that looks finished.

A spotless patio with chalky furniture on it still looks dirty

Outdoor furniture sits in the same sun and dust as everything else, but it cannot be cleaned the same way. Point a pressure washer at sling fabric and you drive grime deeper into the weave and risk tearing it at the frame. Do it to wicker or teak and you raise the grain and loosen joints. So most exterior cleaning simply skips it, and the furniture becomes the thing that still looks tired.

We clean it by hand, at low pressure, with the cleaner matched to the material. Aluminum, wrought iron, teak, wicker, and resin each behave differently. Sling and mesh get worked by hand so dirt lifts out of the weave rather than being forced through it. Umbrellas and shade sails get the same treatment, and they are usually the dirtiest thing out there.

The chalky look on resin and powder-coated frames is oxidation, not wear, and it responds to the same deoxidizing treatment we use on faded exterior paint. Plenty of furniture people are ready to replace just needs the dead surface layer taken off.

What sets our patio furniture cleaning apart

Frames, Slings & Cushion Covers

Aluminum, wrought iron, teak, wicker, and resin each get a different cleaner and technique. Sling fabric and mesh get worked by hand so grime comes out of the weave instead of being driven deeper into it.

Sun-Faded Resin & Powder Coat

Arizona sun leaves outdoor furniture chalky long before it's worn out. Where the finish still has life in it, our deoxidizing treatment pulls the chalk off and brings the color back.

Low Pressure, By Hand

Nothing here sees a pressure washer. Furniture is cleaned by hand at low pressure so joints, welds, fasteners, and fabric stay intact, and nothing gets forced into cushion foam.

Cleaned and Put Back

We move the furniture, clean the patio underneath it, clean the furniture itself, and set it all back where it was. You don't come home to a pile of chairs on the lawn.

Patio Furniture Cleaning Questions

How much does patio furniture cleaning cost?

It is priced per piece or as a set, and most patio sets land between $100 and $250. It is usually booked alongside patio or pool deck cleaning, which is more economical than a standalone visit for furniture only.

Do you clean cushions?

We surface-clean cushion covers, which handles dust, light staining, and general grime. We do not deep-extract foam, since outdoor cushions hold water and can develop odor or mildew inside if saturated. Removable covers that are machine washable are usually better handled that way.

Can you fix my faded, chalky patio chairs?

Often, yes, if the finish is oxidized rather than genuinely broken down. Resin and powder-coated frames chalk on the surface under UV, and our deoxidizing treatment lifts that off to expose the original color. If the material itself has gone brittle, cleaning will not bring it back.

Will the pressure damage my sling chairs or wicker?

Nothing here sees a pressure washer. Everything is cleaned by hand at low pressure specifically so fabric, weave, welds, joints, and fasteners are not stressed. That is the reason this is a separate service from patio cleaning.

Do you put everything back?

Yes. We move the furniture off, clean the patio underneath, clean the furniture, and set it all back where it was. You will not come home to a pile of chairs on the lawn.
