A pressure washer will clean almost anything, and it will also destroy a surprising amount of it. We regularly get called out to fix work where a rented machine stripped the texture off a pool deck, etched wand stripes into a driveway, or blew the joint sand out of a paver patio and left it shifting underfoot. None of that is cheap to undo.
The skill is in matching pressure, nozzle, and technique to the material in front of you. Poured concrete and block will take a lot. Pavers, travertine, coated surfaces, stucco, and painted wood will not. We identify what we are working on first, then choose the approach, which sometimes means telling you the right answer is a soft wash rather than pressure at all.
For flat concrete we use a rotary surface cleaner instead of a bare wand, so the whole slab gets one even pass with no striping. Stains that are chemical rather than physical, oil, rust, fertilizer, get pretreated and given dwell time, because pressure alone just spreads them around.
Concrete driveways, block walls, pavers, pool decks, parking lots, and garages respond best to high-pressure washing. We strip years of embedded dirt in one pass.
Trusted by Steak 44, Ocean 44, Chick-fil-A, Better Buzz, and more. We wash storefronts, restaurant exteriors, facades, sidewalks, and parking areas on flexible after-hours schedules.
We adjust pressure and nozzle type for every surface. No property damage, no overspray onto vehicles or landscaping.
Most residential pressure washes are completed in a single visit. Your driveway or patio is back in use the same day.
Most residential jobs run $150 to $500 depending on square footage, surface type, and how much buildup there is. Driveways, patios, and pool decks are the most common. Commercial work is quoted after an on-site walkthrough since scope varies so much.
Not when the pressure is matched to the surface, which is the whole job. Concrete tolerates high pressure; pavers, travertine, and coated surfaces do not. On pavers we re-sweep the joint sand afterward so nothing is left unstable. If a surface should not be pressure washed at all, we soft wash it instead and say so upfront.
Most of the time. Oil, transmission fluid, and hot-tire pickup get a dedicated degreaser and dwell time before any water hits them. Fresh spots come out almost completely; oil that has been cooking into bare concrete for years may lighten substantially rather than vanish, and we will set that expectation before we start.
Most residential driveways and patios are done in a single visit of a few hours. Surfaces are back in use as soon as they dry, which in Phoenix is usually under an hour. Sealing, if you want it, has to wait for the concrete to dry fully.
Yes. We use biodegradable, eco-safe products, and we pre-wet landscaping before we start and rinse it down afterward so nothing concentrates in your beds. Around pools we control runoff so your chemistry is not thrown off.
Yes, and most of our commercial work happens that way. Storefronts, restaurant exteriors, sidewalks, dumpster pads, drive-throughs, and parking areas get serviced early mornings, evenings, or overnight so you never lose a business day.
